The style of my sports massage involves a kneading, pinpointing and stretching of your muscles and soft tissue in order to help you prevent and treat sports injuries, and to improve performance.
Pre, post and maintenance sports massage are available.
Treatments are customized to the areas of the body that are used for the sporting activity.
In 2001, I trained with Stuart Taws, developer of Soft Tissue Release, as well as club therapist to the British Track Team, as well as Carl Lewis’s Santa Monica Track Club. STR can most easily be described as applying pressure to the muscle as it is being stretched in a specific way. It is quick, satisfying and highly effective.
My clients include cyclists, runners and other athletes.
